About the Role

DIVINE WHIZZ (PVT) LTD is looking for a passionate, analytical, and results-driven Performance Marketer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, with a strong focus on generating quality leads, increasing conversions, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
• Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics, including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
• Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to improve ad creatives and campaign performance.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies to maximize results.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Good understanding of Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Experience in Lead Generation and E-commerce Marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and time management skills.
